We aim to build the capability of others – so you can better take advantage of the information we are providing – and can do it without us. Long term, we will achieve our objectives in supporting better land use by supporting others.
We can work alongside you on your project, including training and support as your skills are developed. We can provide a range of training courses tailored to your needs – across our work areas of integrated land management, smart technology, and ecological assessment and monitoring.
We provide a number of courses for training institutions. This includes the Five Minute Bird Count and Plant Identification courses provided in collaboration with the Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology.
Our areas of expertise include:
- Advising on public consultation processes. Especially park management plans, forestry and pest control projects.
- Assisting with facilitation of in-house projects on environmental planning and management systems.
- Environmental management training, including requirements for forestry operations and pest control.
